Katie S. – Dean Family

Katie is the best. She not only planned the perfect trip once, she rebooked everything for me on Thanksgiving Day, when my daughter broke her collar bone. She took time out of her holiday to help me 3 days before we left for Orlando. Within 24 hours we were rebooked for our trip, without having to pay a penalty. Our trip turned out better than I could have imagined. She planned a perfect order of parks that eased my daughter (a first timer) into all the rides and the characters. I couldn’t have asked for an easier process, start to finish. She even listened to me go on and on about how great it was once we got back!
