I am a wife to a wonderful man, a mom to two fantastic boys, and a lover of ALL things DISNEY! After taking our first trip to Disney World when my youngest son was 5, I fell head over heels in love! We are now annual passholders and go to the World whenever we can. I enjoy being a travel agent so I can share my love and obsession with others. While I specialize in Disney Vacations, I am also interested in travel of all kinds. In addition to Disney, I can also help you plan trips to Universal Studios, cruises, all inclusive resorts, or anywhere else your heart desires! I have made so many wonderful memories on our family excursions. I would love to help you have those Magical Moments with your own family!

Testimonials about Kelli

We wanted to let you know that our travel agent, Kelli Smith, did a fantastic job booking and organizing our family trip to Disney World! We found out about her early last fall when we visited The Mall at Johnson City. She had a booth set up promoting her expertise with Disney World.

Kelli started working on arranging our trip in late fall and kept in contact with us on a regular basis. She met with us twice and made sure of our needs and wants. She even gave our girls a lanyard, trading pens, a Disney book that we could use for autographs, pens, and a backpack!

Kelli told us she was going to be at Disney the same week and said for us to contact her if we needed anything. I did contact her with a couple of questions and she was so nice and helpful! We even saw her and her family at one of the parks!

Kelli is truly an asset to your company and you are blessed to have her! We will highly recommend her!

I’m not sure what my family and I would have done if we didn’t have Kelli! She was amazing and responded so quickly when we needed to change up our passes! Thank you Kelli you were a huge blessing to us and will be contacting you for our next adventure

Kelli's Tips

Beat the Heat at Magic Kingdom Park

If you are trying to beat the heat during a summer visit try indoor attractions like Mickey’s Philharmagic, Monster’s Inc Laugh Floor, The Country Bear Jamboree or The Enchanted Tiki Room. They rarely have much of a wait time and are excellent places to cool off.

Catch your favorite attraction with a shorter wait!

As people flock to see the parades and nighttime entertainment at each the Theme Parks at Walt Disney World Resort, the wait time for some of the most popular attractions tends to decrease!

Meet Mickey Mouse at Magic Kingdom Park

Be sure to Meet Mickey Mouse in Town Square Theater at Magic Kingdom Park, his magic tricks give him a little extra pixie dust!

Prioritize your family’s must-dos at Magic Kingdom Park.

If trying to squeeze Magic Kingdom Park into one day, be sure to prioritize which attractions are most important to your family!

Avoid the early morning crowds

Most people go left to Tomorrowland or straight towards Fantasyland once they enter the Theme Park, go right and start in Adventureland to avoid some of the crowds and enjoy lower morning waits.

Stay at a Disney Resort to save on Parking

If you are not staying at a Disney Resort, parking at the Theme Parks will be $20 per day. Stay at an on-site Resort to use Disney Transportation and park for free!

Use Disney Ride Swap so that everyone can ride

If you have little ones who aren’t tall enough to ride certain attractions, ask the Cast Member at that attraction for a rider swap, this will allow one adult to stay back with the small child while the others ride. When the first group is done, the next adult can take up to 3 people back thru the FastPass line to ride so that no one misses out on the fun!

Get everyone in the photo

Even if you have not purchased Memory Maker or other PhotoPass packages, Cast Members will be glad to take a picture with your camera or cell phone so that the entire family will in the photo!

Pack some snacks to help the little one’s

You can take backpacks and small bags into the Disney Theme Parks. Pack some extra snacks to help your little one’s make it from meal to meal.

Celebrate any occasion with a special button

Make sure to pick up a celebration button from most Merchandise locations around the Theme Parks and Resorts. They’ll have First Visit, Happy Birthday, Happily Ever After(For engagements, marriages and anniversaries) and I’m Celebrating to help you celebrate any occasion!
